"Thanks for the info, My grandmother took the name Rosina only when she married my grandfather Jacob/Jack as he was Jewish. As far as i know till their marriage her first name was Olive, middle name Mabel and the last name was Clarke. There is an "e" on the Clark name. Only after her marriage she was known as Rosina Mabel Kaufman"

My grandmother Olive Mabel Clarke born Dec1882 I believe.Parents Robert Clarke & Emma(first name only), Olive had siblings Malcolm,Bertram, & one unknown sibling. I believe the family was from Plymouth.

Olive was in vaudeville stage name Olive York, She came to the US in early 1900's meeting my grandfather Jack Kaufman who was also in vaudeville here in the US. They settled in New York.

Any info on the Clarke family would be appreciated to learn more of my English roots. Sorry for the lack of detailed information.
