She married John Baldam Dec 1925 (Sedgefield )
I know she was known as Tilly ...
I have no idea who her parents were or any Brothers or Sisters..

I think you are misunderstanding the 1911 census.
Where it says school, followed by a place name - the place is where the child was born, not where the school is.
