Thanks for that Christina. I was working on info from a granddaughter of one of them in Canada. Mind you,she told me that they went in 1900 which I knew wasn´t true.
Interesting that Margaret was Dora Margaret. Could explain why I can´t find her birth.
It´s not my direct line, but is my grandfather´s brother. I know there are descendants in Canada & would love to contact them.

They are still here in 1911 -
census gives address as Ambleside, Woodlands Road, Moseley, B'ham
with them are:-
George William, Minnie, Dora Margaret, Beatrice, Kathleen and Marian

Harry & Sarah Ann emigrated to Canada sometime after the 1901 English census with several of their children . They were both born around 1855& married abt 1878. Children who were with them were Beatrice 1895,Kathleen(Kitty) 1897, Marian 1900.
No idea where in Canada they went. Most of older kids joined them subsequently.
Can anyone help trace them please
