Hi again looking again theres something wrong as Richard would have been about 4 years old dont think that filled the gap im confused now!!! Jill

Jill Report 5 Apr 2010 23:37

Hi Sharon, Thanks thats filled the gap seems everyone else has missed this,I thought 79 was a bit old to have a child unless you are a film star, which was improbable in the 1700s. Thanks again Jill

JeannieH Report 5 Apr 2010 19:17

Hi all, espec ially Sharon, hope you don,t mind me hijacking the thread to reply to Derek. Derek, Lilian was certainly married to Charles Bromwich and had a daughter Violet. Violet was my husbands mother. Lilian was as far as I know certainly not an only child, I believe there were four children, as shown on the 1891 census for Radford, but I certainly don,t mind you going to the trouble of replying to me, Please keep me up to date if you find any more information, I,d appreciate it.

JeannieH Report 5 Apr 2010 19:02

Hi Sharon,
Thanks a lot for looking for Lilian Taylor for me, I,ll just keep on searc hing. Derek seems to thnk that Lilian was an only child, but this is not the information I have, in fact I believe when she got married, her brother was a witness. Anyway thanks a lot I appreciate your efforts.

Kathleen Report 5 Apr 2010 15:14

Hi Lorraine

Thank you for the marriage info for William Barker and Alice Webb, would you mind looking for her birth? Also if possible could you look for the mariage of William Barker snr. b 1663 in Clifton, he married Margaret?

All the best
