Thanks. I originally got his details from census and bmd records. I only had his name and dates of employment with the GPO. He seems the most likely one of the C W Jacksons. |

I am trying to find relatives of C W Jackson who worked for Bradford GPO 1891 - 1931. I presume it was Charles Wm Jackson b 1871, son of Abraham and Mary with sisters Gertrude & Annie E. He has at least 2 sons by his first wife Mary Ellen Day, Arthur 1897 and Ernest. B 1893 I have a brass plate that was attached to something presented to him on his retirement. which maybe the family would like - not valuable so don't get too excited!!. I'm unsure how we came to have it! |
