I am trying to find Ida Victoria Frederica Hughes (Penn) who was born at Llantillio Crosseney, Monmouthshire, Wales in 1887 and her daughter Kathleen Hughes who was born in Cardiff, Wales in 1913. Any later information concerning their life, locations and dates would be appreciated.
