other half of the census

in 1871 elizabeth clark b1861 preston is listed as daugher aged 10 living at 7 hollingdean road st peters brighton sussex with her brother walter clark aged 18 months listed as b1871 preston -
how do i find the other half of this record there parents should be elizabeth clark and charles thomas clark (he has been listed as charles j clark in some census records) i have tried several ways but cant find the other half of the census record

yes this is the census . i wonder why her dad is listed as thomas clark - thomas is his middle name. many thanks its been driving me mad as only elizabeth and brother walter are on the 1871 census on here it says page 1 of 1 so could not find other half
