Hi Chris,

T W Ward is a few years older than Edith........ so could he have been married before meeting Edith?

What was his occupation in 1911?

In 1911 I have Thomas 67 yrs and Lucy Fidler his wife 63 yrs shown as father and mother with T W Ward 33 head born Sheffield Yorks, Edith Ward 24 wife born Staveley and T W Ward 2 years son.

I know Thomas and Lucy had a daughter Edith born c1888 at Staveley which would tie in with Edith Ward but I just cannot find a marriage for an Edith Fidler and T Ward. According to the 1911 census they had been married for 3 years.

The only marriage I can find for T Ward and an Edith is in 1907 brides surname is Greasley. The only Ward/Fidler marriage the first names are totally wrong and the wrong area.
