after looking at the records i think its unlikely to,unless he learned it after spending over 12 years in the poor house for being deaf and dumb,( miracles do happen) but not in this case i think |

It's unlikely that he would be a Cattle Drover in 1881 , and a Tailor in 1901 |

trying to find out what happend to edward hall 1846, he was born deaf and dumb, he was in the parish of birmingham workhouse, western rd b/ham in the 1871and 1881 census and no trace of him after that, his parents were mary ann wallis 1826 and edward hall 1822 both living in birmingham, i have looked in the 1891and 1901 census records and the death records but cant find anything, if you could please help me out once again i would be very gratful, many thanks |
