Arrival in New Zealand of William Harry and Annie Douglas and Thomas Greensill and Alice Douglas -
early 1900's - after 1905. Both couples travelled on same ship.

Vera I feel sure you are on to it...the "Rimutaka" is the name
that rings a bell - sure wish my memory was better though.
My Aunt Ida Margery Douglas is definitely mentioned as
are my grandparents William Harry Douglas and Annie
Douglas. Great. Many thanks Vera. I can only presume
the other family was on the ship as both families came together.
I had it in mind that Ida Margery was 18 months when they came and that ties up too. The other couple had a child called Doris travelling with them and she was born 1903 - not sure if they had another child or two by then.

Interesting...so the two couples did not come out on same ship...funny how the stories down the family are not always
correct!! Anyway have all but Thomas Greensill Douglas but will presume he came with wife and daughter, Doris.
