Find Ancestors

Hi I'm looking for info. on my Gt. Gt. Grandfather Hugh Hughes b circa 1830 father of Jane Hughes b1851 Hugh was the local Postmaster in Bodffordd, or LLangefni in the 1850's, Jane married Andrew Barr b.1856 a Jocky from Ireland and moved to Liverpool.
I would like anything on Hugh his wife or his parents etc.

Hi Ann & Susan, As you know the above location is on the Island of Anglesey. All I know about Hugh Hughes is that he was a postmaster, I think in Bodffordd but maybe in Llangefni, he had twin daughters Ellen and Jane born 1851 so Hugh would have been born about 1830 as per Susan's suggestion, but I feel the sub-registration district may have been Llangefni ? I couldn't find Hugh or his daughters http://www.ancestorhunt.com/mormon_church_records.htm.

As I have just noticed Hugh's wife was Ellen, the Hugh I am looking for had a daughter Jane but she was the twin of Ellen, I just wonder if this is Ellen after here mother ?
