Port Mulgrave is in North Yorks for anyone having a look!

Alan, do you have any names? If so I would try a few things:

Check other people's trees (use "search trees" above) - there is one member - julian - with a Jackson born Port Mulgrave.
Look on Friends Reunited, Facebook, 192.com
Try electoral register (Jean on Records Office can do this, her thread is called "who are you looking for").

If you are trying to find names of the family members, I would start with your father's birth - that way you can find out your grandmother's maiden name and look for possible siblings.

Would advise you remove your email address, a bit too public on here.

Searching for Jacksons who lived in Port Mulgrave between 1946 and 1954 with whom I grew up with from age 3 to 10. My father, George Alan Jackson was discharged from the army with a hearing disability and with my mother (Anne Marie) we lived with my grand parents. I am also aware that I have/had an uncle who was in the Dunkirk evacuation. Anyone with guidance or information please contact me via Genes Reunited or directly at [email protected]. Many thanks
