Find Ancestors

Hi , i am trying to find infomation on my great grandfather George Morris , he was born either 1836 or 1837 , not a clue where though , i do know he was in Water Orton in Warwickshire around 1871. as he's name is on my grandfathers birth certificate , he managed to dissappear prior to 1876.While in Water Orton his profession is listed as a Gardener / Labourer.
Any help would be very welcome.
