Find Ancestors

I am trying to find relatives of May Anderson. In 1921 on my fathers birth certificate she was listed as living at 11 Silver Street Newcastle up on Tyne. Her occupation was General Hawker. She had a son on the 14th February 1921 in a Lying in Hospital. Cannot find any other records for her after that. My father was James Anderson, at some stage early in his life, some time after 18th February 1921 he went into an orphange. Any one able to help please. Ms Gillian Anderson

Patricia, sorry not used to this yet. I have no idea of when May was born. I only know that on my Father's birth certificate it list's May Anderson living at 11 Silver Street in Feruary 1921. My Father knew nothing at all about his Mother. Not completely sure what a hawker was. I read somewhere that a hawker at that time was a person who went round the streets with a barrow (hand cart) selling things?
