Member Since: April 2008 Posts: 70 Send Message	i am trying to find out about my grandads family he was called richard hughes he comes from west hartlepool he was married to bertha they had 3 children joseph , gladys and george my dad , can anyone help me ? thanks linda . forgot to say richard was born 1896 his dad was called james and mother wascalled harriet .

	Richard 's service record is on Ancestry .Next of kin on joining was his father but then James is crossed out and replaced by Bertha living at 25 Crossley Street

Member Since: August 2009 Posts: 1 Send Message	Thomas William Hughes married Bridget Ryan the only daughter of my grandparents in 1907. To my knowledge they had two children Jane Ann born in 1907, Margaret Ellen in 1910, and a son Thomas James in 1913.
