Find Ancestors

Hi I find myself going around in circles again and I'm hoping someone out there can help me.
I have very limited information from my brother,
I am looking for a Polly Dawson who married a ? Cutting, they had to my brothers knowledge 4 children Phillip, Jack, Alfred and Lydia..
Now comes the difficult part I do not know what area of England they were born in only perhaps that Polly may have been born in the mid 1800's
Jack Cutting one of their sons was known as " The Blind Brushmaker of Wandsworth" his wife I believe was called Nellie
Phillip Cutting also one of Polly's sons married a woman called Rose, they had 3 children that we know of called Michael, Jennifer and Rosemary.
Phillip had a cafe in Chalkwell Southend, supposed to have emigrated to Australia.
