how do i find and use passenger records

Middle names can show but usually just an initial. The record I found was the only one showing occupation as a Miner. Was the 1911 census Barbara found the one you wanted. If yes, then the passenger record I found would be wrong as it was 1909.

Hi carol
his wife's name was elizabeth and he had 2 sons robert and george born 1889 and 1890 from his ist wife. It is believed he went to america alone, he was a miner born 1n 1861 in northumberland. Hope this helps

Hi can anyone help me find a john middle name possibly william, robinson born 1861 northumberland on the 1911 census or ship records. He was on the 1901 census but can't find him on 1911. it is believed he went to america. Any help much appreciated.
