Are you absolutely sure of the birth date?
And do you think she died around 1940?
Thanks

Hi. you show them marrying when Ada was 22. I have found the following marriage. needs checking. She would still have only been 18/19

Ada Powell married Henry Turner 1888 July/Sept. Qtr. reg in St Pancras. vol 1b 146.

I think you first need to trace backwards from your Gran or Grandad (her child) to get some idea when they were born and if she was married to Henry then, also any other children (siblings to Grandparent.)Ethel.

Hello,

I have lots of brothers for Henry but William isnt one of them!

the date isnt quite right either as she would have been about 70 not 76 in1940.

but cannot seem to find another one close, maybe she was registered as Tuvey but cannot find that either, as i know they had a pearly wedding but dont think they were married legally.

Thanks

Hello,
I am trying to find the death of my great nan

Ada Florence Mary Turner ( the middle names seem to come and go)

Her birth certificate details are
Ada Powell .........born 6th May 1871 St Pancrs
her marriage is

August 6th 1888 age 18
Ada Powell.. marrying Henry Turner age 22.

I know that Henry either died or they split up, (cannot find his death either) as i know that later in her life she lived with Robert Tuvey,

I have one death certificate for a Ada Florence Mary Turner on 17th Nov 1940,30 twickenham road, Isleworth, widow of Willam Lewis Turner, and attended by daugher Elsie Wade, but this cant be her, unless she marred another Turner?

She would have died in the London area. probably st pancras/Camden areas

any help would be great.

many thanks.
