oooppp's this one's born in ireland....my andrew's parents were andrew & rachel lynam...thought i had him there...cannot find him on uk censuses..rachel was born in ireland.

I'll check the occupation in 1900 and see if its the same

OK.. This one in 1900 was Hardwood Finisher .. So there must've been 2 Andrew.

OK.. Think I'll go and slap my head HARD!! The Andrew in 1880 was born a lot earlier than the Andrew in 1900 .. Duh me!!

The obits was for Andrew b 1826 I would assume. So my guess was Andrew b 1826 parents was Peter & Maria and Andrew's jnr parents was Andrew & Rachel.. Oh I dont know, need to clean my brain out and reboot it ;o)

rachels hubby must have died or he just ran away,because rachel married thomas bennett 1858,she died under the name of bennett,,To andrew lynam rachel had two sons... lawrence 1848 manchester and andrew 1850 manchester,its the sons i am having real probs with and god knows what happend to andrew lynam (snr)....

I can spot Andrew b 1850 England in 1861 Census wuth mother, Rachel

in 1900, he's living in Illinois b 1849 England with wife, Hanora.

If you look at it.. It says he was born in ENGLAND, his father was born in IRELAND and mother was born in IRELAND

sorry "T" I dont know Anrew snrs birth year but rachel was born 1821 ireland so it must have been close to this date

Thomas was listed as Widowed in the relationship status but it was crossed out and put I think Lodger over it and put Wid in the the right place. Rachel appeared as LYNAM and listed as wife.. *scratches head*
