There is one in Salford (born Salford) and 3 in Barton-upon-Irwell which covers Eccles. None mention Eccles as a birthplace. Otherwise therE are numerous James Robinsons in Lancashire so can't pin him down.

Would it be possible to try to find him in Barton on Irwell. I should have

said Barton On Irwell in 1868. He was on the 1881 census as beingborn

in 1869 that is incorrect his mother died in 1868 giving birth to him I am desoeratekly trying to find this man and any family he may have had

The James Robinson I am seeking is the son of Amos Robinson and is the stepson of Jane

ie that family on the 1901 census occ cotton polisher

I wonder if he can be found in Salfiord Eccles New Road area on the 1911 census
