Could anyone help me track down any information about Elizabeth Harris.

I know from her marriage certificate that she married Walter Phillips in Chasetown, Staffordshire in 1912. Her father was Richard Harris who was a miner. Elizabeth was 28 when she married so that makes her birth around 1883/1884. One of the witnesses was Fanny Harris.

I have hit a brick wall though when it comes to finding a record of Elizabeth's birth or any info about her parents and possible brothers/sisters. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
