Hi, I'm trying to find out some informaiton about William Norman Hewett Clark, who I believe was born 18th October 1905 in Bristol. I have a photo of him in uniform (army I think) and I wonder if there is any service history for him somewhere or whether he fought in WW2? I understand he never married and died fairly young in the Bristol/Bath area. |

If he had a service record for WW11 it would be held at the National Archive I believe. It is only available to the next of kin at around £30. |

Thanks for the death info. I think i've found some service records on the National Archives for other family members, but couldn't find William on there. I wonder if there are any other searchable army records? thanks v much |
