Hi guys, was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction!
Im looking for some info on William Charles Wood he was born in West Ham in 1893,mother Annie Marvin, father Robert Wood.
1901 shows him living in Bromley St Leonards at 24 Washington St.
He died in the great war, eastern european theatre, france & flanders,11 Battalion rifle brigade. He enlisted at Stratford, his army number s/14832.he was awarded the victory medal(m/102b80)
He is buried at St Severe cemetary Rouen France.
You may ask what more does she need to know, but i want to trace any other military records ie.when he enlisted and anything else there may be,can i find this info online as im pushed for time & would find it difficult to visit records offices, kind regards Lisa x
