Hi I need some help please.
I have a albert Johnhill(b1900/1901in glamorgan) and a violet webb(b1899 glamorgan) married in 1926 in glamorgan. However l have been told this could be wrong. I cant see where l have gone wrong though. If someone could confirm that this is right l would be very grateful.

so would this be a safe bet that l got this wrong. And that in actual fact violet webb was married to a jameshill not an albert johnhill.

And for violet webb her middle name is mary.

So James Hill seems a good bet?

Well how did you get to Violet in the first place? Through children? If so, you must know her married name. If it is Hill the only Webb/Hill marriage is the one registered at Bridport.

Well in that case it must be james then,because her mums name was webb.

Ive found James now as a marriage but l cant find him on the birth.

Whose mum's name was Webb? If you have that person's birth certificate it will tell you who both her parents were. If you do not have it, then we are shooting in the dark. Her parents may have married in a different part of the country.

You need the birth certificate.
