Find Ancestors

I can find Ada on the BMD index born in 1886 in Bristol and on the 1901 census -if she is in Connagh Quay with relatives but I cannot find her on the 1891 .Her full name is Ada Joanna Rowland but it is sometimes Ada Johanna Rowlands .She married Albert Martin in 1905 in Bristol .Can anyone help please ?

Hi I was going to edit the other thread and deleted it by mistake .

I have the info about the Tovey Family but it means nothing to my father -Ada's son -
I have tried searching under the preface of Charles being Johanna Rowlands brother but have had no luck as yet .
The other info is what I have too but thank you all the same -I still am perplexed as to where she is in 1891

that is a possibilty as there is a son Moses and daughter Minnie but where is Ada?

Where did that info come from please I have not seen that before

Adelaide could be Ada but it seems a long shot I supposethe enumerator could have been hard of hearing
I have the info on the 1901 census thanks It is her disapearance in 1891 that baffles

I can't find a birth for an Adelaide Rowland in Bristol at the right time, so I would say that the name Adelaide is just a mistake and should be Ada.

If you say "Ada J" it could easily be mis-heard as "Adelaide"
