	These could possibly be siblings of Arthur George Williams.........but as everyone else has suggested, you really do need to purchase the birth certificate.... 	This could possibly be his parent's marriage:- Name: Frederick Williams Year of Registration: 1906 Quarter of Registration: Oct-Nov-Dec District: Watford County: Hertfordshire Volume: 3a Page: 1401 On the same page is Alice Holt. It could possibly have been a double marriage for brother and sister as the other two people on the same page are Samuel Holt and Nellie Tripp. A possibilty that Alice and Samuel were brother and sister??? As a starting point, are you saying that Holt was the maiden name of the mother of Arthur George Williams? Can you give a little more info as to how you arrived at these people?
