1910 US census -- I don't pay for details:
Albert M Vivian wife Edith M city, Houghton, Michigan abt 1874
children: Stuart M Vivian 1906 George A Vivian 1909
These are Edith Mary Vivian York's siblings.
Name: Stuart Marshall Vivian Birth Date: 6 Dec 1905 Death Registration Month/Year: Apr 1993 Age at death (estimated): 87 Registration district: Exeter Inferred County: Devon Register number: B48F District and Subdistrict: 4081B Entry number: 187
Name: George Albert Vivian Birth Date: 1 Nov 1908 Death Registration Month/Year: 1980 Registration district: Bristol Inferred County: Avon Volume: 22 Page: 0322
I don't see marriages for either of them in England. Oh, but a 1969 marriage of a George A Vivian in Bristol could be a late/re-marriage for George. The death certificates could give a family member's name as informant.
Oh - to remove your email address, go to your first message and click Edit in the lower left corner. Then just delete it from the text and submit.
The real reason the management doesn't want it there is so people can't contact one another without paying fees, but it's still unwise. ;)

Could Edith and Albert have emigrated and returned??
VIVIAN Edith 1871 F 1902 Southampton USA New York
VIVIAN Albert 1875 M 1901 Southampton USA New York VIVIAN Albert Unknown M 1910 Southampton USA New York
If Albert preceded Edith and that explains his absence from the 1901 census?
There is an Andrew Vivian 1866 travelling in 1901 with that Albert.
1891 census:
Name: Albert M Vivian Age: 17 Estimated birth year: abt 1874 Relation: Son Father's Name: Nicholas Vivian Mother's Name: Mary J Vivian Where born: St Neot, Cornwall, England Civil parish: St Agnes Town: Hitchins Row County/Island: Cornwall
Nicholas Vivian 52 Mary J Vivian 52 >> Andrew Vivian 25 = c1866 Mary J Vivian 22 Albert M Vivian 17 Annie Vivian 11 Edith Vivian 9
I do believe that is the explanation for their absence from the 1911!
There are dozens of Vivians in Houghton county, Michigan, in 1910, including Albert's brother Andrew. And an Emma J who matches theone in the 1891 census and is likely Andrew's wife.

Two of us here, Andy.
The "H" is a misreading of the typewritten GRO index -- the image is a little fuzzy.
So, those birth cert details are the details you want to start out by giving, not wait for someone to "find" them in an effort to help you!
So the parents were married in 1900 and Edith was born in 1915 -- likely the last of their children.
So here's how we *look for* people ...
FreeBMD:
Births Mar 1874 VIVIAN Albert Marshall Liskeard 5c 59
Births Sep 1873 Stribley Edith Maud Truro 5c 157
http://www.1911census.co.uk/search/tnaform.aspx
The 1911 census.
... I'm not finding them.
1901:
Name: Edith M Vivian Age: 27 Estimated birth year: abt 1874 Relation: Head Where born: St Agnes, Cornwall, England Civil parish: St Agnes County/Island: Cornwall Condition as to marriage: married
Next door are Emma J Vivian, married, 30, and her sister Clara J Willcocks, single, sister, 27.
So is this Edith in 1911?
VIVIAN EDITH 1874 37 Redruth Cornwall
Searching for surname Vivian living with Edith Vivian in Redruth ...
VIVIAN JOHNSON 1865 46 VIVIAN LINDA 1882 29 VIVIAN SYLVIA G 1904 7 VIVIAN DORIS 1905 6 VIVIAN GODFREY HUGH 1908 3
Still no Albert.
And that's because that Edith is Johnson's wife -- here they are in 1901 in Phillack:
Johnson Vivian 35 Edith Vivian 26 Nicholas Tripp 17
Yours have to be around somewhere! and would very likely have other children, siblings of Edith Mary, since one wouldn't think they had only one child, 15 years after marrying ...
Edith Mary and her husband York did have one child. There's one particularly likely marriage for his name. That person and his wife appear on the 2002 electoral roll at www.192.com.
I will send you info privately. (Sent current contact details for the child.)

I'm betting Vivian isn't her surname. You undoubtedly entered a surname in the surname line, but only people who have already filtered the trying to find board by that surname know what it is. Catch 22.
The best way to find people is to look for them.
If you don't know Edith's siblings' names, find her birth at FreeBMD
http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/cgi/search.pl
as Edith M V [surname]
It will show her mother's surname. Then search for other births with those two surnames.
Then you can search for their marriages. FreeBMD may not be transcribed far enough into the 20th century to have them; others here with access to Ancestry can help after that. You can then search (or get help to find) for their children. At that point any info would be given to you privately as the children could be living.
You can receive messages through this system. While Gmail is secure and doesn't disclose your ilocation, for instance, it's never a good idea to post one's identity (full real name) on the internet. (Which is why many here remove surname information from their account details and use only pen names -- your full name can be seen by clicking on your username.) I could put my Gmail address on here entirely safely, since I have several of them in various pen names.
A quick search of FreeBMD while I was typing shows only three Edith Ms born in Cornwall in first quarter 1915: Ayris, Hockin and Seager, none with initial V.
Well, surname Vivian after all.
Marriages Jun 1937 Vivian Edith M York Bournemouth 2b York Reuben J Vivian Bournemouth 2b 1661
But no Edith M Vivian born after 1909.
... Well, there would have been, if someone hadn't misread her entry in the GRO births index:
Births Mar 1915 Vivian Edith H Stribley St.Columb 5c 136
There, a boost. And I'll finish it off by saying there are no other Vivian-Stribley births, unfortunately. But you can look for her parents' marriage, etc. There is one York-Vivian birth.
You can submit a correction to FreeBMD (click on "info" beside her name after doing the search) after viewing the image. You can also add a "postem" to her name with an email address so people who search for her can contact you.
Ah, Quoy did that thing that drives Rambling Rose crazy, edited before I submitted. ;)
