Marriage of William Antorn and Thomasin

Please could anyone help me find a marriage record for William Antorn and Thomasin around 1744 either in Devon or Cornwall. They had a child John baptised in St Stephens by Saltash 5 May 1755 also several other children. They lived in Saltash town but there is no record of a marriage for William and Thomasin in Saltash so guess they moved there after they were married. Would be so grateful if anyone can help. Thanks.
