ANN TAYLOR born in WORCESTER UK in 1846/7

Trying to find the eventual fate of my paternal grandmother's older sister ANN TAYLOR born in St Martins parish of WORCESTER in either 1846 or 1847.
The IG Index shows that she was baptized in St Martins PC Worcester on 27 Jan 1847 & her parents are shown as William & Ann Taylor (nee ALLARD).
In both the 1851 (aged 4) & 1861 (aged 14) censuses, she is shown as living with her parents & siblings in the village of KEMPSEY, Worcs. and having been born in Worcester.
I can find no trace of her birth registration in GRO's records nor any trace of her in the 1871 census onwards.
I have been searching for any additional information about her for almost two years and any assistance in finding out the fate of my great-aunt will be highly appreciated.

Do her siblings show up in bmd as being born in Worcester?
Registration was not compulsory.

I'm unable to find the birth reg in BMDs for her next older brother JOHN Taylor born in Worcester in ca 1845 & also bapt in St Martins PC Worcester but I've found a birth reg for her eldest brother ALFRED Taylor in Q/E Dec 1838, who was born in the village of Eckington, Worcs.
