It isnt the Bertram Wilfred Scott 1892 Bromley his parents are Charles and elizabeth.

Bertram Victor 1893 parents William 1859 dock labourer in 1911 in Southampton.

Checking Bertram William 1892 Blandford in 1901 he is at Dorchester District Depot barracks with mum Eveline Scott born North America 1869.
She is married so her husband must be in the forces
other children with her

But was William Scott senior in the navy,this is the Infantry but he could have changed.

i have the marriage certificate showing bert scott aged 25 when he got married on 3/7/1918. his father was william scott and he was a fireman in the merchant service. bert scott was "residing"at h m submarine portsmouth. ethel cooper was 23 and living at 69 hyde park road southsea

This one is Hampshire but unless you've found him on census records showing his birthplace, can't be sure.
