Have now found out that his full name was Alan George Anderson and he was born on 29/05/1935 at 22 Milford Drive Levenshulme Manchester and that the birth was registered at Rusholme

Also, if you go to the Records Office board you will see Ginny's thread offering electoral register lookups.

Trying to find any information about my cousin Alan George Anderson (b 29/05/1935 at 22 Milford Drive Levenshulme Manchester) , the son of George Andrew Aitken Anderson (1898 - 1963) and Elizabeth Anderson (nee Waiting) (1899 - 1938). His father George could have re-married in Edmonton Middlesex (1941) but his death was registered in Manchester. Elizabeth was my mother's sister.
