Hi Jax and Sylvia,
Thanks for that information. Just checking that I am reading it right.Thomas G King died sept. 1931 in Southampton and Rhoda was born Sept. 1845 and died June 1938 in Southampton

If that is correct, then this looks like Charlotte with husband William in 1841

It is indeed Hames on the image, as the correction shows

Found approx date of birth as 12/1846 In Stanmore Middlesex. Joined army 13/04/1864 aged 18 years 5 months.Was living in Southampton at the 1911 census, so now need to find out his date of death and locality.
He married Rhoda Ames on the 04/12/1867 I think at Weymouth. She was born circa 1846 /1847 but not sure where but Dorset appears in the census after her name. Have entered them both in the tree search but with no result . If you can find out her exact DOB and locality and also her date and locality of death that would be much appreciated.
