I'm trying to trace the parents of Edward Sloan c1870 at Broghshane,Ireland. He married twice, first of all to a a lady called Mary ?? and his second wife was Martha Quigley c1888. He had two children that i know of, Edward Sloan who died at 8 days old & Robert Sloan who was born in 1926 in Larne Northen Ireland. Robert later Married an Agnes McKee. |

Well done Maura! Loooks like the census are the correct ones then. The in-laws in 1911 are from his first marriage and it does say on the 1911 that he and Martha had only been married for one year. |
