hi, im trying to find my grandads (Eric Wood b.1927) family, his mother was Lily Beachill (b.1899 in darton barnsley) and his father was Joseph Ambrose Wood (b.21st july 1899 liversedge west yorkshire). Joseph's father was John Wood (b. 1874 in heckmondwike, west yorkshire) his wife was Eliza Johnson (b. 1875 in batley, west yorkshire). there were two witnesses at John amd Eliza's wedding, there were Ada pearson (nee Wood) and John William Pearson. i cant find any more information on John Wood. any help would be really appreciated. thankyou Rachel.
