Trying to find relatives of my husband's family who lived in Kilkeel, Co Down or anyone who knows of any relatives with the surname Kelly, Wilson or Boyd. My husbands grandfather was Thomas Wilson. We don't know whether he came from Scotland or Ireland. He married a Kilkeel girl called Jemima Boyd. We can't find any record of Thomas or his father John. Can anyone help. |

I have searched for them but can't find them in Kilkeel in either of those census. Thomas was born about 1880 but I have also tried to find census in scotland but can't find him. My husbands mother was born in Scotland in 1910 and the address given was Pollock Street, Bellshill, Lanarkshire. Her father worked in the mines in Scotland apparently, but we don't know where he was born. |

The Scottish 1911 census should be available sometime after march, hopefully that should help you out. |
