Vera - I had a look and couldn't find a marriage for an Elizabeth Purbrick to a Beasley which may have accounted for the name change.

Vera

Vera Report 10 Feb 2011 19:21

I just seen that Elizabeths maiden name was Beasley...so I don't think I have found the right on on the 1911.

Hello Fay, do you know of any children they had? Also, Elizabeth's year of birth?

What was Alfred's occupation?

This might narrow the search a bit.
