Hi Sandra,
1851 census shows Elizabeth Clark formerly Cook (age 40) from Cabrach.
Have found Elizabeth Cook born 5/1/1811 in Cabrach Aberdeenshire, parents Alexander Cook and Hellen Shand.
Any help?

Hi Sandra, sorry can't find marriage of Harry and Elizabeth either.

Might be of interest though 1880 US Census shows
Quincy Norfolk Massachussetts
Harry Clark born 3/4/1842 & died 1/6/1898
Ellen McCondach wife
William who died 4/10/1889 (15)
Ellen
Lizzie
Harold who died 25/3/1898 (17)

Hi Sandra, I've found this info
Harry Clark - Ch. 14/07/1801 Auchindoir Aberdeen, Father Alexander
Also, Harry Clark (presumably his son) born 3 April 1842, a Stonemason, married Ellen McCondach on 30/01/1874, children William, Ellen, Lizzie and Harold.
Also, Alexander Clark married Elizabeth Milne on 5/03/1847, Aberdeen, her father was John Milne.

I can follow Harry Clark and Elizabeth on the census from 1841, and they stay in the same place, which was really good of them.

Just downloaded Harry Clark's DC and it says Alexander Clark and Elizabeth Milne are his parents, just looked on SP for their marriage, can't find that either !!!, is it going to be one of those night's LOL.

I am trying to find a marriage for Harry Clark and Elizabeth Cook, all their children were born in Auchindoir Aberdeenshire, the first Elizabeth born 25/5/1836, there are 6 children in total, I have daughter Elizabeth's OPR and it says Elizabeth Cook is the wife of Harry.

According to family folklore she had a connection to Captain James Cook, but this folklore has been known to be wrong, so I wonder where this one will take me.
