This looks like his birth certificate

Can't see a birth registration for that area in 1852

I'm trying to find the parents of Thomas Parker, my g grandfather, born around 1852 in Staining. Lancashire.

He married 1879 Mary Alice Rossall born 27/03/1860 in Pilling Lancashire.
