Find Ancestors

I am researching my fathers side of the family. I have found William Godfrey Bennett born 1869 (Derby) in the 1911 Census which lists him as being married to Florence Gardiner born 1874 (Derby, Newhall). I have list of there 7 children living with them in 1911. There were also 2 other children who died at a young age who I have no details on. I am waiting for some certificates to be delivered but wondered if anyone had any information which may be useful. I am quite new at this and any help would be gratefully appreciated. I am especially interested in the parents of both William Godfrey Bennett and Florence Gardiner.
