Could be coincidence of course..........but this one states 3 children born and living............and there are only two children on the census........... Stephens occupation seems to fit.

Researching my Wife's Family, Father Thomas Richard, born 25th April 1912, have his Birth Record, struggling with his Parents&Siblings from London. We have Census Records 1911 for his Parents in London showing 3 children, all living, but only 2 on the Record (assuming that Winifred or Winnie, 3rd child) was out of the house, cant find a record for her. We know that they moved to Eastleigh Hampshire 1911/1912 after the Railway Works opened up there, living at 366 Southampton Road. Would appreciate any help with this research and checking Railway Records and Emigration Records for people who went to South Africa to work on the Railways there.
