I am trying top find the family of trevor Davies born in swansea Wales,1/12/1911. he was living in Australia & married to lilian Norris he joined the australian army in june 1940 & died in a prisoner of war camp in Singapore 1942.Ithink he may have been in New Zealand before coming to Australia.He had a brother brinley davies age unknown. hope someone can help.

Found their marriage in 1937 at Bankstown NSW.
There is also a marriage for Lilian Mabel Davies to a Walter Hardcastle in 1946 Bankstown. Maybe Lilian married after Trevor had passed away.
If this is your Lilian there is a death notice on Ryerson Index for a Lilian Mabel Hardcastle 0n the 10-4-1997. It states that Lilian was late of Sunnybank Hills QLD and formerly of Laurieton. Published on the 14-4-1997 in the Sydney Morning Herald.. If you are living in Australia you could contact the State Libary in your State and ask if someone could look up the death for you.

Thanks patrica for your help but I have that information you are right lilian did marry after trevor's death to walter who was my father I am trying to find out trevor's side of the family all I know is that he came from wales.Trevor & my dad were best mates & trevor asked my dad to look after Lilian should anything happen to him.he drowned in the prisioner of war camp & my mum always thought that was strange as he couldn't swim & never went near the water ????

Hi jan you're not going to believe this but I have found his parents names they are lewis davies & alice maud smalley I'm not very good with the computer so it takes me awhile. thanks for ypour help

Not seeing a marriage for them on FreeBMD or a birth for a Trevor Davies with MMN Smalley.

The marriage you found 1908 seems like a good possibility to me despite the MMN, but this has a more than average chance of being John's birth record so might be worth a shot:
