Your info is a bit confusing regarding who's who in which generation but I think this is what you are saying.

William and Nellie are parents of Caroline.

Jacqueline in 1951 Rowley Regis. There was a Carol Price with mother's maiden name Robinson born in 1949 in Wednesbury
