Electoral Roll for 1992 to 2000

Does anyone please have access to the electoral rolls or any other site that shows who lived at an address during the above years. I know there is a site but cannot remember the name of it and also I believe one needs to purchase a subscription to the same. I understand my mother lived at an address between the above years with one of her male friends. I am not looking for anyone who is living, my mother passed away in February of this year. If anyone has access to any site then I will post the address. |

Thank you, someone on Roots Chat has accessed the ER's and said my mother isn't listed at that address, strange as she had a book published in 1993 and gave the address in Newhaven. Perhaps it was a holiday let or something similar, I know she lived most of her life in London. |
