the information i have on my peter hill are as follows,peter hill born about 1804 at dundee scotland his wife was julia mullins who was born about 1805 at cork in ireland they moved to Tasmania and had a son peter born around 1838 a daughter emily born 1839 and died in 1899 a child listed as u hill born about 1841 a female born about 1842 and died 1842 and a son john born about 1844 and died in 1914 peter also had an aliases name by peter hall, peter hail this is listed in the convicts records. his transportation was per andromeda 1 departed london 14th oct 1826 arrived in Hobart Tasmania 23 feb 1827 julia had a number of aliases which where julia molen, julia mullen and julia mullins.she was trialed on 15th sept 1825 in london middlesex, england and her transportation is of , per providence 11 departed the downs river themes , england. on 24th dec1825 and arrived in Hobart Tasmania on the 16thmay 1826 |

On the record search there is a baptism on 12th September 1802 for a Peter Hill born on 5th September 1802. Baptism tpok place at Gorbals Lanark, parents were John Hill and Isabell Baxter. |

There isn't an extracted record of his baptism on the IGI. There are 3 submitted records for a Peter Hill c1804 of Gorbals Lanark Scotland. On one of the records it names a Janet Birrell as his wife. does this relate to your Peter Hill. |
