I have all their passenger lists from Anc and FMP so dont want/need them thank you... But for ref Name: James B Fenwick Birth Date: abt 1890 Age: 44 Port of Departure: Bombay, India Arrival Date: 24 Oct 1934 Port of Arrival: London, England Ports of Voyage: Bombay Ship Name: Viceroy of India
Name: Jeane A Fenwick Birth Date: abt 1893 Age: 41 Port of Departure: Bombay, India Arrival Date: 24 Oct 1934 Port of Arrival: London, England Ports of Voyage: Bombay Ship Name: Viceroy of India
Making for Banks of Lochness,GlenMoriston,Inverness and I know I have correct marriage as the daughters birth has been checked for me as well.
I am unable to find even a birth for either nor can I find them on ANY census...Nor can I find William James Fenwick (Musician )on any census or under any amount of googling...Nor can Cynthia who has been trying to help me with her limited skills. :-D
This is tied in somewhat on Evelyns search for her mother but I did not want to add to her existing thread as I dont want any possible finds buried among all that other info. Thank you all for reading and any help offered.. Fan and Cyn..x
Edits Neither Cyn nor I have found any Army details for James Bysshe/Byashe Fenwick either...

Dont know about moving forward much Dea,but it has solved the mystery of Jeans birth and takes Cyn off searching for her on baptism and more time to devote to finding James Bysshe/Byashe Fenwick c1890. :-D
And we started out looking for Jean Annabelle/a Mc/Macleods marriage and death, the only one of Donald and Kate Mc/Macleods daughters unaccounted for and old enough to be maybe have been Evelyns mothers mother, which we have still not found...
Oh well

I know my skills are limited......huh.....but I can find some weird and wonderful things sometimes! :-P
The Fenwick on here seem to have taken the name Lisle on board for some reason and it's passed on to this day. Why????? Kate MacLeods maiden name was Isles.........anagramish?
Any clues welcome....thanks. :-D

Very clever sweetie - made me smile
Probably of no relevance But - Googled the name "Adacilla"
And - there is one person on the 1901 Canadian Census listed
Such a strange name

Had a message at silly o'clock with a VERY wild theory from Cyns..So wild a theory she didnt wanna post it on here... Not that I read it until decent o'clock.! The woman is rather strange to say the least, let alone without her outlandish theories Methinks me will have to call the men in white coats to collect her soon.. Unless she can come up with some evidence to prove herself right of course :-P Other than the fact that the Fenwicks are entangled with the Mc/Macleods of course.

There may yet be some truth in my wild theories..........time will tell.
I have a very fertile imagination but the men in white coats can wait awhile
:-P
Thank you for that Renes. I will take a look. I can understand Fans making you smile......she has that effect on people....usually in pity!
