Yes I do have his birth registration and his death registration !


I have birth cert for youngest child born in 1904 gives mothers maiden name as Leah or could be leahy there is a squiggle at the end of h, so wanted to see if anyone could find a baptism or birth registration on the parish records for Abergavanny in the hope it had mothers maiden name, as on some parish records it is recorded

Have now sent for gilberts birth cert to see if the mothers maiden name is written more clearly

Yes he did change his name when his mother remarried after his fathers death in 1902
