Find Ancestors

well this is the problem, my grandfather was not a practasing jew , and all the info i have got is correct (i think!! ) as it all ties up .but now i have got to joseph i cannot seem tto find, there was him and sarah??? had a son Charles, a cousin sent me igi record that Charles was born 21/4/1795 and christened old church st pancras london parents Joseph Bettell and Sarah,now i am stuck :-( any ideas Flick !! If the family you are researching was Jewish, the info posted is unlikely to be them.........as the marriages etc took place in Churches.......not Synagogues.

i have tried a jewish site but they have not got the name bettell in london , not my ancestors i am still trying to find joseph bettells marriege to sarah (who , ?) so i can then go back to find where he was born and his parents anny suggestions where i should look next please :-S :-S

Ann of greengables,re- Joseph Bettel,i am a bit confused, when looking at info,Joseph and Sarah Milburn,could be my ancestors, but i already have 1of the children being Charles1795 and, now if the marriage was in 1815 Joseph would be 40yrs old, and because Charles was born 20 years before, phew!! this is so confusing and Charles mother was Sarah, am i working this out right can you enlighten me please LINDA / or do you think this is the other child you could not find :-(
