i am trying to find out about my mother freda mavis sherburn born 1926 in sculcoats, hull. had brother norman and sister dorothy
want to know the maiden name of her mother, emily gurtrude sherburn (married name) born 1890 + - 10
also want to know what happened to her father because her mother married ernest took in 1946 and lived in hull
my mother married ron jewell in 1946

There is something strange about Albert D Sherburn's name - I can't see his birth and Yorkshire BMD has him named as Albert DRURY on the marriage ?

Albert Drury also appears on the FreeBMD record, along with Albert D Sherburn?

I would assume that he is calling himself Albert Drury Sherburn??

It would have been so easy for you to find out for yourself the maiden name of your mother's mother.....just by looking on freebmd for your mother's birth registration.

Martin gave me access to his tree in reply to my PM about possible children.

I have written to him again explaining that he needs to come back to his thread.
