Can anyone help me..
I'm trying to find the parents of either Robert Wigg, Norfolk, abt 1770 & Rachel Philpot 1766, Strumpshaw/ Branstone, Norfolk, England

Ive found Robert Wigg, West Beckham, Norfolk,1766 of Edward Wigg & Elizabeth...

& Robert Wigg, Wymondham, Norfolk, 1774 of Robert Wigg & Sarah Holmes

But there so similiar i cant Figure out which one it is, or they might both be wrong!

Have you tried the Norfolk on line archives site? Google NOAH. He might have left a will ... which might give you some clues.

I'm ganna try the Norfolk online archives site now
Ive got the marriage records & i had some of the Childrens births already but not all of them so thanks! Robert Wigg & Sarah holmes had two sons called Robert the first one died as an infant but the second one didnt!

it was common practice in those days that if a child died, the next one would have the same name - happened in my Dad's family - they had a baby sister Nancy, who sadly died - when the next little girl was born they all said "oh we've got another Nancy, so Nancy she was called"

Thats why i'm abit confused as to which Robert it was!
You wouldnt think there'd more than one Robert Wigg in Norfolk born about the same sort of date!
