Hi,
Im looking for some help in finding the parents of
Mary Ann Dunn born London about 1906 Dec.
She was married to Charles Higgs also born London
Charles was married twice his first wife died
I am interested if possible any information on this family, as this would be the start of this family.

Start with what you know, and get certificates to track everything back.
So you need birth, marriage and death certificates to help ensure you are not tracing the wrong family.
Even if the surname is not common you can still make assumptions that are wrong.
And there is extra information on the certificates which can be invaluable.

Thank you for that.....I am trying to help a good friend who is new into Family History....I did say to her she should get the Certificates to be 100% sure, but the information I have been given kindly will lead her in the right direction, and will be a good start for her.
